Lunch and dinner Tuesday to Saturday; Sundays and holidays follow the month's calendar. Sixteen seats, pizzas served whole, since 2011.

A white-tiled shop on a sloping side street three minutes from Roppongi Station: look for the red door and the red neon Frey's. Neapolitan pizza since April 2011, from a dome oven at the end of a honey-wood counter. Ten counter seats facing the kitchen and two tables for four, sixteen in all, styled on an American pizza parlour.

Closed Mondays. Sundays, public holidays and extra closures change month by month: the next month's handwritten calendar is posted on Instagram near the end of each month (open Sundays are usually lunch 11:30 to 15:00, some with dinner too). Both services end when the dough runs out. Same-day changes, for a typhoon for example, are posted on Instagram. Closed for a summer break and over New Year.
